All the winners of the 2019 SXSW Gaming Awards.

The winners of the 2019 SXSW Gaming Awards have been announced, after the nominees were revealed earlier this year.

God of War once again wins a Game of the Year award, and won three awards in total. Interestingly, Red Dead Redemption 2 also takes home three awards, most notably Trending Game of the Year. Amazingly, close behind are 3 games, each with two awards: Marvel’s Spider-Man, Fortnite, and Beat Saber.

The night wasn’t all about video games though, as Root takes home the award for Tabletop Game of the Year. Whilst Tsukuyumi: Full Moon Down takes home the award for Gamer’s Voice Tabletop Game, (as voted by attendees).

Unfortunately, GRIS won no awards despite having 4 nominations.
